Once the problem occurs, the product has been circulated to the subsequent departments and cannot or is difficult to handle. Therefore, the quality of the wax mold workshop is controlled. First, in order to stabilize the wax performance of the wax-making workshop, our company changed the shortcomings of the original high-temperature dehydration process to the static water discharge and the hydraulic machine dehydration process. The impurities of the wax material, the ash is greatly reduced, and the quality is guaranteed.
2. Confirm whether the equipment is in normal use, timely maintenance and annual inspection.
A: Make sure the temperature meter and pressure gauge of the waxing machine are normal.
B: The hydraulic and air compressors are operating normally.
C: The temperature of the ice water machine requires the specified range, and the wax tube and wax tank are kept warm.
